Because A-2 was located in Central Area for our cadet years, I got to know Claude pretty well, although we were in different regiments and he was a "Flanker" and I was a "Plebe". I always got along well with him and appreciated his friendliness and sense of humor. I will always remember him. We did not serve together after graduation, but I did run across him a time or two.
