| Bill and I were classmates, but I didn't know him as a cadet. I came to know him upon our return to West Point as instructors. We and our families attended worship service together on Sunday mornings at the Old Cadet Chapel. My enduring image of Bill is of him sitting in the pew in front of me with his oldest daughter on his lap during the worship service. I think of Bill's wife Richelle and their children, and I pray for their well-being. |
