Eric, I still can't believe that you're gone. Going home to the mailbox hoping for a letter from you isn't possible anymore, and that leaves me broken hearted. What keeps me going is how thrilled and honored I am to say I've known you. There are far too many good stories to recount . . . our trip to the Cape, playing DJ for drives in the car, the marathon phone calls, holding my hand when "The Last Samurai" got too scary, New Year's Eve . . . they really do go on and on. My favorite memory of all has to be the rose and letter you gave me at Valentine's Day dinner. You know how to make people feel special, Eric. "Two thumbs up" Love, Kate |
