I met Phil on the first day of Beast Barracks in 6th Company. We were in A-2 together and cut up together quite a bit. We shared membership in the Debate Council and Forum and the Weight Lifting Club and were in many classes together. I will always remember him marching his Plebe French Section to class in the mornings. He had a winning personality, a great sense of humor, and was a great friend. I was both shocked and saddened when his death was announced and still miss him very much. Keith Garner A-2 |
