I met Dave at Camp Buckner. We were in the same company and our bunks were very close together in the barracks. We spend lots of time together during that summer and became good friends. Dave was one of the most personable men I have ever known. I don't think he ever met a person he did not like. We saw each other often during the remainder of our cadet careers. I did not have the opportunity to serve with him after graduation, which was my loss. I miss Dave very much. Keith Garner A-2 |
