Be Thou At Peace

Posted by Keith Garner on June 3, 2011:

I met Clark during Beast Barracks in 6th Company. Fellow runts, we had some classes together and saw each other at Camp Buckner, class trips, etc.; however, I really got to know Clark on the gymnastics team, where was a squad member and I was manager. We had fun running around together on gymnastics trips. He was one of the friendliest people I've known, with a winning grin, a quick wit, and a enthralling laugh. I was devastated to learn he was killed in an automobile accident so soon after graduation. Several of us used to say he was a guardian angel watching over us in dangerous situations after his death.

I miss Clark very much.
