| William Scott (a.k.a. Scott and by nickname Freddy) Penzel was a fantastic cadet, classmate, and comrade. He was hardworking and well respected, particularly during his tenure as Cadet Company Commander for Company C4. I have fond memories of his zest for life and the fun times we spent during our first class year at USMA. Know that Freddy will always be in the hearts of all members of the Cowboy Family. |
