| Charlie, you will be sincerely missed. From our days at West Point and having classes together, as well as the times we sat together at Army football games from 1969 to 1973, and then seeing you at our Class Reunions, I have most fond memories of our time together. You were always a class act. May you rest in peace and may the good Lord look after you in your life here after. |
