| It's been five years, Dave, but your spirit lives on among your friends here at West Point. This past year, I had the honor of speaking at the presentation of the Society of American Military Engineers David Fraser Memorial Award. I look forward to doing it again this spring--to keep your memory alive and to ensure that you continue to inspire future generations of West Point engineers. Be thou at peace, friend. |
