I met Joe at Camp Buckner and our paths crossed frequently throughout the rest of our cadet careers. Joe was one of the most likeable persons I've ever met and he possessed a unique sense of humor that captivated me. Although I did not have a chance to serve with him after graduation, I did see him at several class reunions and enjoyed his postings on the class forum. I was greatly shocked and saddened to learn of his passing. I shall miss him greatly. Well done, Joe! Keith Garner USMA '60 A-2 |
