| I worked for LTC Buckley in Panama in 1969 as a junior officer with US Army South in the Canal Zone. He was by far the most ethical person I met in my 2 year stint in the Army. He was always available, was knowledgable and the kind of officer one wanted to work for...he inspired and encouraged. I'm sorry that I only worked for him for one year. He made the Army a better organization. |
