Be Thou At Peace

| I've had the privilege and pleasure of knowing Nate, both professionally and socially for over 50 years. Nate and I often flew together in Strategic Air Command and while attending the AFIT program at George Washington University. We scheduled our monthly proficiency flights at the University using the Farmer's Almanac to predict the weather. Surprisingly, we only cancelled one flight due to bad weather. I was extremely fortunate to have Nate as a mentor and a friend. He was special. I consider Nate one of the few friends a person has in their lifetime. He was an outstanding individual as recognized by his many military awards. Nate will be missed by many. Well done, be thou at peace. |
