I don't know where else to post this eulogy, but I thought it best here. I finished reading In A Time Of War a few months back. It brought back so many fond memories of West Point. The author was really good at getting the reader involved with the subjects at hand. Then I read with great remorse of Todd's death. I was shocked, as I was to read of the rest of the hardships of the class of 2002 in a time of war. My generation fought too in an unpopular war in a distant land and I lost many a good friend. Knowing what I do about the West Point character, I know Todd lived and died doing what he strongly believed in, and that makes it not in vain. I hope that Todd's family and wife continue to celebrate his life to which these eulogies are a testimony. Rest in Peace as we grip hands... Charles J. Kerr D-4 1970 |
