COL Brown was one of the reasons I chose to attend USMA. He was my Geometry and Trig instructor in high school (Hammand HS, Alex, VA). He also held voluntary slide rule drills after class for those of us who wanted to learn and practice. Always a gentleman, always professional; he was indeed a role model. I regret that I did not reconnect with him in later years. I know he rests with Honor. May he also rest in Peace. Skip Lane COL, USA (Ret) USMA 70 |
