Jules will be best remembered by the family and friends who worked with him and cared for him. Jules after retirement from the Army was active in local politics always challenging the Killeen City Council and otherwise being the conscience of the Council for his fellow citizens. His motives always were grounded in our watchwords of "Duty, Honor and Country." I miss my friend but his passing was never made alone and he was visited by many friends and family in those last days. May God in His goodness continue to make great use of Jules. His impact on us here on earth continues to this day. Farewell my brother and until we grip hands again though it be through the shadows. Until that time your life here with us was a blessing and now it can be said "Well done. Be though at Peace."
