God bless the soul of Bill Monsos. We spent a year in RVN in 1970-71 in similar positions with HQ US Army Vietnam (USARV)during this period of the drawdown of US forces. Bill made the tour go quickly. His wit and dry sense of humor were unique. He was a true friend. We all will miss him sorely. Keep them smiling, Bill, in Heaven!! Frank Winfield Class of 1951, USMA |
