LT Tiner you have been thought of on many occasion. When I speak to Col Hall and SGM Benjamin from 3/1 Cav and talking about you. How Your bracelet was found at a Veteran's Day Parade in Vancouver Washington. You died before your time. I can remember when you and I spoke about you making General one day. I still have the signed Armor magazine that you signed for me. You are and will be in my heart always. I salute you and may you be looking down us from heaven. God bless LT Tiner. You are missed. |
