Today is Memorial Day, 2013. Tomorrow, our Class begins the 50th Reunion activities at West Point. But not with Bob Parker because he was one of the earliest casualties of our Class. He passed away while we were still Cadets. We have so few memories of him because he spent so little time with us, but those memories will be with us always. We will never forget "the big man with the big smile." And tomorrow, we shall all join hands and drink a toast to John Robert Parker, our classmate forever. Brigadier General Ramon M.
