| John Calabro was a great teacher, a very demanding critic, and a good friend. He was one of the wonderful teachers in the Department of English who inspired me as a cadet and a good friend and friendly voice whenever I saw him in my subsequent tours at West Point. When I became a professor and a colonel, it was his example that I hoped to emulate. I deeply regret his loss and wish that Angela and their families may be comforted in their loss by the knowledge of John's great impact on so many of us. Rest in peace. |
