| Steve was my sponsor for CTLT and gave me my first introduction to the real Army. Steve and Laurel were such great hosts, and the memories from that summer in Alaska will last with me forever, from the canoe trip with Steve, to playing with their new puppy Howie, to the 9 mile runs Steve would take me on around the airfield. He was the epitome of soldier and officer, and will be sorely missed. My prayers go out for Laurel and Alexander and the rest of their family. |
