| I don't remember exactly when Steve and I met at West Point. I do remember his incredible sense of humor which was only surpassed by his sense of duty. He was a great example for me back then; now he has become an icon of selfless service to the nation. My deepest appreciation to him for his service and my most sincere condolences to his family. May God bless and comfort you all. |
