Captain Frank was with our niece's husband, Jay Harting when they both were killed. We met Laurelle, his beautiful wife and his adorable son while visitng with Jay's wife. They are devastated as are we. We want to say thank you to Capt. Frank for his service and dedication. Thank You also to his parents for giving the world such a fine young man. Having served in so many wars and conflicts myself I can empathize with the loss. God Bless you all at this time of sorrow. |
