Be Thou At Peace

I was a Plebe in Company E-2 when "Howie" was a Yearling. To me, Howie Harper was "one of the Good Guys." Seeing his name on the "Be Thou At Peace" list brought the full impact "for the first time" of how much I actually thought of this sterling man who created such a vibrant memory so many years ago.
