Mel and Jane were stationed at West Point together when we both taught in MP&L. Mel was a wonderful instructor, very professional in everything he did and had a great rapport with the cadets. His military career was characterized by his love of soldiers and his devotion to our Army. He lived the West Point values. Tony Nadal |
