| My most vivid memories of Don are his accent and his throaty laugh, and attending morning Mass with him at the Catholic Chapel during Lent in Plebe year as a member of a small group which also included Don Zurawski. I was truly impressed with his command of the responses in Latin during the mass, which made me feel perhaps that my devotions up to that time may have been a little shallow. |
