| I met Dennis in 1993 while at the prep school and kept in fairly close contact with him throughout our years at the Academy, especially in the last two years as my best friend, Drew Pearce, was in his Company. He frequently visited Drew's room and was always a pleasure to speak with. Specifically, I remember him as someone with a deep heart and an earnest seriousness. He was a man that would look you in the eye--treat you with respect. I admired these qualities a great deal and I wish I would have told him that I did. I will remember him and his sacrifice. |
