Personal Note: I had the pleasure of meeting up with Tom while he was working in the Columbus, Georgia area in the early 90's, while we were both flexing our managerial muscles in the world of Manufacturing and Organizational Productivity.
Tom was a most gracious colleague, most pleasant to be around, and left an indelible, positive impression whenever we met, in retrospect, all too briefly.
