| I first met Col Luger in Neu Ulm, Germany when he as a BN Cdr and I as a First Lt when our different organizations shared the same building. Later I joined up with him in Stratford Landing near Mount Vernon in Fairfax County, VA and we shared a car pool to the Pentagon for several years from about 1990 to 1992. He was a leading nuclear weapons analyst for the Army. I remember his celebration of 50 years of government service. Joe was always kind, thoughtful and helpful to many folks. I'll miss him. |
