| Bud was my beast barracks roommate, along with Dave McNeeley, and we suffered thru those miserable hot wet wool mind numbing hazy days in 1944. Bud was always upbeat and supportive. He and I became good friends thru our cadet days and I was honored to usher at his wedding in '48. Although we lost track in later years, I will always feel close to him as a fellow Jerseyite and trusted friend. May he rest in peace.. "well done" Bud!! |
