I can't imagine the pain and suffering Derek's family has and will face until they meet again. May they find solace in the fact that he was a great person who affected the lives of many. Being a Boston native, his tough persona was just a facade to his pure and playful heart. I will greatly miss Derek and I am proud to have had an opportunity to be a company mate and friend of such an admirable and courageous individual. Until next time. Lawrence Park USMA 03 A2 |
