Dear Mr. & Mrs Hines, My wife and I weep for you and your loss. No amount of words can express what you are experiencing now. Please know there is one whose son was also given in order to defeat the same enemy Derek was fighting. God gave His son as you have given yours. God has taken him into His arms and welcomed him into His kingdom. His battle is over, but ours is still present. We must stand firm. (Ephesians 6) Our battle is not of this world. This battle with the Islam is a spiritual battle and is part of the beginning of the "birth pains" (Matthew 24)which we all will deal with as these times continue.May our Lord Jesus comfort you and may you find rest in His Blessed Assurance. |
