I was privileged to be in the wedding as my dear friend, Robin, married Palmer in Hawaii. It was a grand and elegant affair and I can only imagine that theirs was a grand and elegant marriage. Over the many years since Robin & I have had contact I have had many smiles & chuckles over my many happy memories of Robin during the beginning of her relationship with Palmer. After so many years my curiosity, and technology, led me to "google" Palmer Swift Haines. I am so saddened at his death and the tragic loss to Robin and their families. My hope is that this message will reach Robin to let her know that she is in my thoughts, memories and prayers. Perhaps this is a way to reconnect with old, loving friends.
