He was our company Tac at IGMR in summer 1966. A great officer; terrific example for all of us wet-behind-the-ears ROTC cadets. His wry sense of humor and attention to our progress had much to do with our winning the number one company award in that summer encampment. We knew he was up for promotion to 0-4; we all chipped in and bought him a field grade garrison cap from Morry Luxwmberg in New York. He is remembered. |
