ERNEST LEWIS RUFFNER December 15, 1934 - November 20, 2018 Survived by his sister Genevieve Stirling; daughters Ann Ruffner, Kara Kerr (Bobby), Cathy Anderson (Lon); stepdaughters Stacy Jones (Carter), Katie Fellows (Dan), Susan Connors (Jerry), and Caroline Brown (Skip); 13 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, December 13, at 11 a.m. at Ivy Hill Cemetery 2823 King Street, Alexandria, VA 22302. Published by The Washington Post on Dec. 11, 2018. |
