Bill and I were classmates at West Point and also company mates in H-3 for our final two years. I remember Bill as my energetic company football coach. He always worked with us to excel even though we were as best average football players! I never had the pleasure of serving in a unit with him...but I know he was a true Soldier's type of leader. He was without question a leader who was Mission Focused...but always though about his soldiers! Rest In Peace my friend...and until we see each other up above.
