Be Thou At Peace

Posted by Jose Reyes on November 27, 2005:

All of you who know Dennis know how great of a person he is. He, Brent and I were roommates 1st semester of our plebe year in B-2. I did not know it when I first met him but I later found out that the entire Zilinski family would be a blessing to me. Numerous trips to his home in NJ brought me great comfort. I am very happy I was able to have a home away from home and I am very thankful the Zilinski's let me become a small part of their great family. I will never forget Dennis, a.k.a. D-Zil, a.k.a. Denny Linky. As I prepare for my own deployment to Iraq I will remember to pause and pay tribute to a great American and a wonderful person.

I am very sorry that I will not be able to make it to NJ and NY for his services. I would be there if I could but unfortunately I will be on a plane on my way to continue the work Dennis was doing. I send my very best to all friends and family of Dennis and the entire Zilinski family. Thank you for everything you have done for me.

Dennis, Well Done! Be Thou at Peace.
