| Not only are we classmates, but we experienced the "flames" of I-3. Made us better men for it too. I remember Denny well. One detail we were roommates. It was a very enjoyable detail. Denny had a modern and expensive stereo system for the time; it was quadraphonic. He was very proud of his stereo. Still, he offered me to use it anytime I wanted. I appreciated that. Denny, who knows, perhaps you can see this, so, for you, I have not fully revealed the secret of where you went and what you did on many nights just before TAPS. But, I do well remember that Ray Stevens song you so adored and that inspired you. |
