I served with Step in the Defense Intelligence Agency from 1975-78. Step was a voice of sanity and reason and someone who always stood up for analytical integrity against political considerations. I loved his name and admired him as a person even more. I valued him as friend and a colleague who always "told it as it is." I am so sorry to learn of his loss. Storm Rhode Colonel, USAF, retired |
