Bob Sorley was my father's (Ray Celeste) classmate. He took a special interest in my brother (Ray Jr.) and me. He helped us write a nomination package, invited me to lectures and sent essay booklets of topics on Vietnam that he had written. He also invited us to their beautiful home in Potomac, MD. Bob's correspondence was always warm and caring. Our father was KIA in Vietnam and he made us feel a strong connection to the class of 1956. He was a wonderful, kind and generous man.
