| I served with LTC (then Major) William Landgraf during his tenure as Secretary of the General Staff of Third Regional Assistance Command in Vietnam from 1971-1972. I will always remember his as an officer who was so full of life and deserving of great respect. He had the rare ability to be firm and disciplined while at the same time to be ones friend. |
