This is very sad news. I am sorry for all of us who knew Larry. He was a great friend. His constant smile and positive attitude were infectious and uplifting. I do not think I ever saw him down. He loved cars... especially his 1966 Austin Healey 3000 which he always drove like he was on a racetrack and never failed to mention that it was "much faster" than my Alfa Romeo. About a year ago I found a restored AH in British Racing Green (BRG) in a German car museum and sent him photos. He was ecstatic! In spite of his human frailties, I much respected his courage and determination to take responsibility for his mistakes and move on with life using his many talents to make the world a better place! Rest peace, Larry... you lived life to the fullest... Well Done! Loco |
