| Bo Moore and I visited Charlie in his special memory facility in Lexington, S.C. in early December 2024. I had previously sent Charlie a special "Officers and Gentlemen" West Point book Bo had found in a thrift store and which had not only Charlie's name but personal inscriptions from all the members of the PsyOps section Charlie headed in his Army Career. Charlie was ecstatic to receive the Book and remembered it wnen we visited. Charlie's daughter told me that after he received the book, he told stories about all the signatories of the book his section had presented him. We had a great visit. We had planned to visit him in December 2025, but sadly, he was gone. RIP Charlie! |
