From the "Howitzer" -- 1969 FRANK BORGE FELL III, Fort Walton Beach, Florida, H-1 Frank possesses that rare quality of never letting anything (grades, demerits, D-dates, etc.) bother him. But why should he--he's going Air Force. If Frank is not in the wild blue yonder, that's under his brown-boy, he's usually around the action and/or trouble. The action never ceases when he's around, for Frank lives under the world-famous motto of--"I care."
