Be Thou At Peace

| John was a good and true friend. We first met and became friends when were on regimental staff together. Before we graduated, we agreed to meet at the inprocessing for IOBC and get an apartment together. He was a great apartment mate and always had a ready smile. I remember during Airborne school he used to say, "Gig ranks form on Garmany." He was a person you could rely upon. I was sad to learn the world was a little less bright a place when I heard he died. |
