| Col. McDonald knew how to train and produce skilled surgeons to care for our soldiers. He trained me. He was hard on us with high standards but when we were done, we were capable of providing top notch surgical care for our soldiers. He was a superb surgeon and model for all those he trained. He was also a soldier. l followed in his footsteps serving 30 years in the army. May he rest in peace for a job well done! Dan |
