This breaks my heart to hear of the Passing Mr. David FreshH2O. To me he was the smartest man in DOE. I admired him and he help me during my career in Emergency Management. We were at time each other's confidant in the office we worked. I missed him much once he retired and I will now miss him from the earth. Rest in Power Solider, Coworker and Friend.
