It was my honor, privilege and pleasure to have served with Kevin at West Point with the Company E1 Vikings and to have been his Company Tactical Officer. Kevin possessed tremendous personal courage, fortitude and conviction and was a credit to his family and an example to us all. I hope that my two sons someday grow up to be the person and son that Kevin was. I will treasure the memories of my time with Kevin and I thank God for his gift called KJ Smith. E1 Dammit!
