Stephen, not a day goes by that we do not think of you. We remember and honor your integrity, character, and commitment to God, family, country, and friends. Your good heart was evident to all who spent any time with you. You did not consider yourself a hero even though you were. To you, (as you said on the phone), Laurel was your hero, because she took care of Alex and things at home while you were away on duty. You will always be a part of our family and in our hearts forever! We are grateful for the times we had with you. We are thankful that you were such a wonderful son-in-law, and so loving to Laurel.
