To whom it may concern: The following dedication has been published on page xiii of the new book, Oil and Terrorism in the New Gulf: Framing U.S. Energy and Security Policies for the Gulf of Guinea (Rowman & Littlefield, 2006): We wish to dedicate this volume to Second Lieutenant Englebert Eric Mbog-Hob. An international exchange student from Cameroon, Eric graduated from the U.S. Military Academy in 2004 and inspired us with his genuine desire, commitment, and ability to make a difference along the lines of the topics addressed in this volume.
