To the Weikel Family, I had the distinct pleasure of spending two years at West Point with Ian, and during his plebe year he was in my squad. I was shocked and saddened to learn of his death. I remember Ian fondly, as an exceptionally talented and wonderful person to be around. To Wendy and Jonathan Troy, please know that your husband and father is in the thoughts and prayers of the entire West Point community.
